Meet Our Staff

	The MindCrafted Team

	Frank Shoemaker started MindCrafted in 1990. Frank performs all the tasks in the business including consulting, training, analysis and design, development, and writing. He is the driving force behind MindCrafted's continual process improvement.
	Mike Youmans came on board full time in the fall of 1998. Mike is a great developer who does consulting, analysis and design, development, and writing.
	Cathy DeCoske joined MindCrafted in the spring of 2000. Cathy does consulting, analysis and design, and development work.
	Marta Perez-Stable joined MindCrafted in 1994 and works part-time in the business. Marta does analysis and design, development, writing, and training.
