	Experience Prior to MindCrafted Systems

National City Bank - 1985 to 1998

• Client-Server Specialist (1993-1998) - Analyzed requirements, design, and constructed client-server applications

• CAS Project Team Leader (1993-1996) - Directed a team of 4 to 6 people.  Facilitated Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions. Documented requirements using Entity-Relationship Diagrams, State Transition Diagrams, and Process Dependency Diagrams. Directed and participated in GUI design, programming, testing, and migration into production.

• Commercial Loan Code Owner (1987-1993) - Acquired and maintained thorough knowledge of the commercial loan system, the associated business processes, and the systems standards and procedures of National City.  Also trained and coordinated the system support staff.

Fifth Third Bank - 1982 to 1985

• Systems Engineer, Leasing System (1984-1985) - In addition to the commercial loan system, assumed sole responsibility for technical support of the Leasing System.

• Systems Engineer, Commercial Loan System (1982-1985) - performed all technical tasks related to the maintenance, enhancement, and deployment of the commercial loan system.
