Chemical Analysis Reporting

The Requirements

This client, a leading metal finishing and water treatment supplier, needed to communicate the results of its chemical analyses to its customers. The system needed to:

• Process the chemical analyses of its customers' plating baths.

• Implement complex calculations based on their input of raw data.

• Create reports for their customer's.

• Automatically e-mail or fax analysis reports to the customer.

The Solution

We developed this application in Access and integrated WinFax to automatically fax the results of the analysis directly to the customer. The system kept customer names and fax number in Access tables.
